Probate Court Judge Randy Kennedy has authorized Michelle McNair, the widow of retired NFL player Steve McNair, to sell her husband’s estate in Nashville. McNair opened the restaurant shortly before he was killed by his mistress on July 4.
According the court records, there has been a potential buyer coming forward. The sale was delayed because of an appeal by one of Steve McNair’s business partners. Now that the judge has denied the appeal, Mechelle could go on detailed negotiation with buyers.
Before the judge’s authorization, a Nashville condominium complex claimed that McNair was a co-signer on the lease of a condo for his cousin and he should have share of the restaurant.
All because the former Tennessee Titans quarterback who spent his last NFL season in Ravens jersey had no idea that having trouble with woman could cause sudden death.

The man selling gun to McNair mistress was indicted
Adrian J. Gilliam Jr. was charged with one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Sounds like a common case. But you will not consider it uncommon if you know the man sold a gun to a young lady, who shot ex-NFL quarterback Steve McNair to death two days later.
The man from La Vergne is accused of selling a loaded 9 mm pistol to Sahel Kazemi for $100. Two days later, the girl, who is known as McNair’s mistress, shot McNair at his downtown condo and then turned the gun to her own head. McNair was a married father of four while he was dating with Kazemi. The half-year relationship began after McNair retired from the NFL last year after playing for the Tennessee Titans and the Baltimore Ravens.
Gilliam is now in federal custody. If he was convicted, he will have to remain there and face 10 years of imprisonment.
